Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Premium Wrists ("we", "us") operates premiumwrists.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you browse or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have. For any privacy matter, contact privacy@premiumwrists.com.
2. What we collect
Order information — your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, and the items you purchase. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. Device information — browser type, pages visited and approximate location, collected through server logs and used in aggregate to keep the site fast and secure. Preferences you store on your device — your cart, wishlist and recently viewed items live in your browser's local storage and are not transmitted to us until you check out.
3. How we use it
To fulfil and deliver orders, provide warranty service, answer your messages, send the newsletter you subscribed to, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations such as tax record-keeping. We do not sell personal information.
4. Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), our delivery and insurance partners (shipment), our hosting providers (Cloudflare, and the managed host of our commerce backend), and our email provider (order and newsletter email). Each acts under contract and only on our instructions.
5. Retention
Order records are retained for as long as tax law requires (typically seven years). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are deleted after two years.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Emailprivacy@premiumwrists.comand we will respond within thirty days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
7. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be announced by email to newsletter subscribers.
